General Booking terms and conditions 2024 - 2025

1.1 Definitions

In this agreement, the following terms have the following corresponding meaning:

Agent means the agent through which the tour was booked
Driver guide means the duly qualified person in charge of the tour
Operator means the owner or operator of the tour as specified in the schedule

1.2 Rate validity dates

Our current retail rate rates are valid from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Please refer to the retail rates provided by Sydney Luxury Tours

1.4 Payment Policy

The balance of the event account is due within 14 days after the tour date if the credit check is successful. Additional charges including consumption bar must be paid on the day of the charter. (These can be paid by EFT, Visa or MasterCard.) New Year's Eve charters require a specific deposit plan to be organized with management.

Cancellation with more than 30 days notice to the booking date requires no charge Cancellation with less than 30 days notice to the booking date requires a $100 admin fee Cancellation with less than 14 days notice to the booking date results in a 50% loss of booking fee Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice results in a 100% loss of booking fee.

In the case that the vehicle is not available for a pre-organised event due to a system failure, the provider reserves the right to assign another vehicle of equal size and quality for the organised event at their own discretion. Sydney Luxury Tours will always try and work with the customer to find a suitable solution.

Cancellations made by the operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price or a credit for another time for a tour of the same price.

Cancellations may be made at the operator's discretion due to mechanical breakdowns, which may result in the vehicle being unable to operate. If Sydney Luxury Tours is unable to assign another vehicle of equal size and quality for the organised event the customer will receive a full refund of the fare price.

3. Inclusions
Inclusions are product specific. Please refer to the individual product pages for details.

3.1 Minimum and maximum passenger numbers
Minimum number of passengers is one, maximum number of passengers is vehicle and/or experience dependent. Please refer to the individual product pages

3.2 Departure days, times and pick up points
Most of our tours are available daily and depart from the customers' hotel in Sydney CBD, or from Circular Quay-area. For days and times, please refer to the product sheets provided by SLT. All passengers must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time at the agreed upon pickup location.

4. Damages and responsibilities

The customer assumes the responsibility for any and all damage or loss of merchandise left aboard any vehicle operating under the Sydney Luxury Tours fleet. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all guests are aware of the risks involved in leaving personal items unattended. Guests should arrange their own insurance. The customer also assumes responsibility for any and all damage caused by him/her or any of his/her guests, invitees or other persons attending the tour.

4.1 Public Holidays
All Public Holidays are blocked out for our set experiences. If customers want to book on a Public Holiday please contact us for rates and further details.

4.2 Special Conditions

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 'Sydney Luxury Tours', its agents and employees, from and against any and all losses, claims, actions, costs, expenses, fees, damages, fines and liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) caused by any negligent act or omission by 'Sydney Luxury Tours' or members of the Customers group. The Operator is not liable for any death, loss, damage or injury to any person or property which occurs and is attributable to or associated with:
(i) Failure to follow any reasonable direction given by the driver guide;
(ii) Failure to comply with any of these terms or conditions;
(iii) Failure to comply with any warning sign;
(iv) Unreasonable or unsafe behavior;
(v) Willful misuse of the equipment or facilities of the vessel;
(vi) Intoxication or the use of prohibited drugs.

5. Sights & Sea Products
The Sights & Sea Products are a partnership product between Sydney Luxury Cruise (Sydney Luxury Cruise Pty A Ltd) and Sydney Luxury Tours (Sydney Luxury Tours Australia Pty Ltd) All "Sights & Sea" Products are bookable through either Sydney Luxury Cruise or Sydney Luxury Tours.
5.1 Minimum and maximum passenger numbers
Minimum number of passengers is one, maximum number of passengers on our Sights & Sea Products
are seven.

5.2 Amendment Charges

5.4 Weather Conditions
All Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions. In case the Master of the vessel of the cruise part of the tour deems the weather unsafe, the cruise part will try to be rescheduled to a suitable date and time. In case there is no alternative date or time available, a partial refund of the cruise component of the booked tour will be issued.
